TEMPORARY CLOSING OF ROADS

ROADS ACT 1993, SECTION 75

ROADS REGULATIONS 1994, ARTICLE12

I wish to inform you that Roscommon County Council have decided to temporarily close the following roads, at various times and for short durations, on Tuesday 26th, Wednesday 27th & Friday 29th May from 8am – 6pm each day, in order to carry out necessary improvement works. There may be an increased likelihood of delays on the roads consequently. Emergency Services and local access only will be accommodated, but there may be disruption to local access at times.

The following are the sections of roads being closed and the diversions which will be in place

L6007 Cuilmore – Diversion via L1035 & L1406

L6011 Curry – Diversion via L1406 & L6007

L6148 Cloonglasny Beg- Diversion via L1406 & L6007

L6160 Killina – Diversion via N61, N5 & L1412

L6028 Ardkeenagh – Diversion via N61, N5 & L6020

L6020 Derryquirk – Diversion via N5, N61 & L6028

Works are being carried out by Roscommon County Council.
