Roscommon County Council launched its updated Age Friendly Directory at Kilbride Community Centre on 8th April 2026. The Directory was officially launched by Dr. Martin Daly, TD, who welcomed it as a valuable resource for older people in Roscommon.

Roscommon’s updated Age Friendly Directory is a key action arising from Roscommon’s Age Friendly Strategy 2025–2030, supporting the strategy's commitment to empowering older people by providing accessible information on services, supports and activities that enable them to live independently, stay connected and participate fully in community life.
