Waste Water Discharge Licences

Under the Wastewater Discharge (Authorisation) Regulations 2007-2010, Roscommon County Council must apply to the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) for licences and certificates to operate its wastewater treatment plants. 15 certificates (smaller plants) and 13 licences (larger plants) have been awarded with two applications. The licence or certificate for each plant along with audit and monitoring results are available for public viewing at the following link: http://www.epa.ie/licensing/
