TEMPORARY CLOSING OF ROADS

ROADS ACT 1993, SECTION 75

ROADS REGULATIONS 1994, ARTICLE12

 Roscommon County Council has decided to temporarily close the following roads in order to carry out necessary improvement works, on Thursday 30th April and Friday 1st May from  8am – 6pm on each day. There may be an increased likelihood of delays on the roads as a consequence. Emergency Services and local access only will be accommodated, but there may be disruption to local access at times.

The following are the sections of road is being closed and the diversions which will be in place

L60013 Bealragh – No diversion (Cul de sac)

L14313 Carrownaglearagh – No diversion (Cul de sac)

L6127 Lishugh – Diversions via R368 & L1431

 Works are being carried out by Strokestown Operational Area
