TEMPORARY CLOSING OF ROADS

ROADS ACT 1993, SECTION 75

ROADS REGULATIONS 1994, ARTICLE12 

I wish to inform you that Roscommon County Council have decided to temporarily close the following roads, at various times and for short durations, on  Monday 11th and Tuesday 12th May  8am – 6pm each day, in order to carry out necessary improvement works. There may be an increased likelihood of delays on the roads consequently. Emergency Services and local access only will be accommodated, but there may be disruption to local access at times.

The following are the sections of roads being closed and the diversions which will be in place

L6018 Garryglass – Diversion via R371 & L1416

L60273 Annaghbeg – Cul-de-sac (No diversion)

L6093 Kilcooley - Cul-de-sac (No diversion)

Works are being carried out by Roscommon County Council.
