TEMPORARY CLOSING OF ROADS

ROADS ACT 1993, SECTION 75

ROADS REGULATIONS 1994, ARTICLE  12

I wish to inform you that Roscommon County Council have decided to temporarily close the following roads in order to facilitate necessary road improvement works from

Monday 30th March until Friday 3rd April 2026 (inclusive)

L1618 Knockmurry/Carrowkeel Diversion via R367/R377

There may be an increased likelihood of delays on these roads as a consequence. Emergency Services and local access only will be accommodated.

The works are being managed by Castlerea Operational Area.
