TEMPORARY CLOSING OF ROADS

ROADS ACT 1993, SECTION 75

ROADS REGULATIONS 1994, ARTICLE12

I wish to inform you that Roscommon County Council have decided to temporarily close the following road in order to carry out necessary improvement works, on Friday 17th April from 8am – 6pm and Monday 20th April from 8am to 5pm. Emergency services and local access only will be accommodated, but there will be disruption to local access at times. See diversion route attached.

The following are the section of road is being closed and the diversions which will be in place

L1415 Newtown - Diversions via L1416, L1418 & L6010

Works are being carried out by Callingtons on behalf of Roscommon County Council.
