TEMPORARY CLOSING OF ROADS

ROADS ACT 1993, SECTION 75

ROADS REGULATIONS 1994, ARTICLE12

I wish to inform you that Roscommon County Council have decided to temporarily close the following roads in order to carry out necessary improvement works, between Thursday 21st May and Wednesday 27th May from 8am – 6pm on each day. There may be an increased likelihood of delays on the roads as a consequence. Emergency Services and local access only will be accommodated, but there may be disruption to local access at times.

The following are the sections of road is being closed and the diversions which will be in place

L5116 Spa – No diversion as complete road

L5117 Copse – No diversion as complete road

L5129 Deerpark – Diversion N61 & L1036

L10368 Cornameelta – Diversion via R295 & L10361

Works are being carried out by Roscommon County Council
