The following Municipal District proposes to declare that the roads located within the following named housing developments to be public roads.

Boyle Municipal District:

• Hazelwood Park, Elphin
• BallyToo Manor, Tarmonbarry

Boyle Municipal District Office, The Crescent, Boyle, County Roscommon, F52 X436

Maps outlining the said roads may be inspected at the offices of Roscommon County Council, Áras an Chontae, Roscommon Town F42 VR98 and at the Municipal District Office listed above, Monday to Friday during opening hours for a period of four weeks from 1st October 2026. The maps may also be inspected at www.roscommoncoco.ie    

Objections or representations in relation to this declaration may be made in writing to the undersigned or emailed to roads@roscommoncoco.ie no later than 4 pm on 12th November 2026
