TEMPORARY CLOSING OF ROADS

ROADS ACT 1993, SECTION 75

ROADS REGULATIONS 1994, ARTICLE12

I wish to inform you that Roscommon County Council have decided to temporarily close the following roads, at various times and for short durations, from Tuesday 5th to Friday 8th May  8am – 6pm each day, in order to carry out necessary improvement works. There may be an increased likelihood of delays on the roads consequently. Emergency Services and local access only will be accommodated, but there may be disruption to local access at times.

The following are the sections of roads being closed and the diversions which will be in place

L60082 Carrigeen – Cul-de-sac (No diversion)

L6010 Dooslattagh – Diversions via L1418, L1416, R371

L6162 Cloonmore – Diversion via N5

L61626 Culliagh Lower – Cul de-de-sac (No diversion)

L6127 Lishugh – Diversions via R368, L1431

L14313 Carrownaglearagh – Cul-de-sac (No diversion)

L60273 Annaghbeg – Cul-de-sac (No diversion)
