TEMPORARY CLOSING OF ROADS

ROADS ACT 1993, SECTION 75

ROADS REGULATIONS 1994, ARTICLE12

Roscommon County Council has decided to close the road set out in the schedule hereunder for the periods and the reason specified.

Road to be closed:                         L7588 at Mount Hussey, Moynure, Cornafulla, Athlone

Period of Closure:                          22nd September to 3rd October 2025

Alternative Routes:                         Via R446, L7587 and back onto L7588    

Reason for Closures:                     Installation of cattle underpass
