TEMPORARY CLOSING OF ROADS

ROADS ACT 1993, SECTION 75

ROADS REGULATIONS 1994, ARTICLE12

Roscommon County Council have decided to temporarily close the following roads in order to facilitate necessary road improvement works from

Monday 28th July until Saturday 02nd August 2025 (inclusive)

L1603 Meelickroe Temporary Road Closure Diversion in Place via R361 from Monday 28th of July

L1602 Meelick Temporary Road Closure Diversion in Place via L1603 from Wednesday 30th of July

L1613 Cloonbard Temporary Road Closure Diversion in Place via R361 from Friday 01st of August

L6535 Shankogh/Frenchlawn Temporary Road Closure Diversion in Place via N60 from Tuesday 29th of July

L65462 Creggameen Temporary Road Closure, local access only from Wednesday 30th of July

There may be an increased likelihood of delays on these roads as a consequence. Emergency Services and local access only will be accommodated.

The works are being managed by Castlerea Operational Area.
