TEMPORARY CLOSING OF ROADS

ROADS ACT 1993, SECTION 75

ROADS REGULATIONS 1994, ARTICLE12

I wish to inform you that Roscommon County Council have decided to temporarily close the following roads in order to facilitate necessary road improvement works from

Monday 18th August until Saturday 23rd August 2025 (inclusive)

L5556 Carrowgrave Temporary Road Closure Monday & Tuesday Diversion in place locally

L5571 Lissergool Temporary Road Closure Tuesday & Wednesday Diversion in place locally

L5574 Kiltybanks Temporary Road Closure Wednesday & Thursday Diversion in place locally

L5585 Corracoggil Temporary Road Closure Thursday & Friday Diversion in place locally

There may be an increased likelihood of delays on these roads as a consequence. Emergency Services and local access only will be accommodated.

The works are being managed by Castlerea Operational Area.
