Roscommon County Council's Environmental Education and Awareness Officer assists Community Groups, Tidy Towns Committees and the Business community across the County.

Support is available in key areas such as litter and waste management, recycling, composting and waste prevention. We regularly deliver environmental workshops, events and community talks to promote sustainable practices.

Roscommon County Council actively supports and encourages participation in national awareness initiatives, including National Spring Clean, Stop Food Waste and MyWaste.ie.
