TEMPORARY CLOSING OF ROADS

ROADS ACT 1993, SECTION 75

ROADS REGULATIONS 1994, ARTICLE12

Roscommon County Council have decided to temporarily close the following roads in order to carry out necessary improvement works, from Monday 9th June to Thursday 12th June. Emergency Services and local access only will be accommodated, but there will be disruption to local access at times.

The following are the sections of road is being closed and the diversions which will be in place

L1414 Gillstown – Diversions via L1405, R368, N5 & R371 through Strokestown and Scramoge

L6033 Corgowan – Diversions via L1405, R368, N5 & R371 through Strokestown and Scramoge

Works are being carried out by Roscommon County Council.
