The provision of quality Customer Service is a key priority for Roscommon County Council.
On 26th February, 2007, Customer Services was officially launched by Mr. Charlie Hopkins, Mayor of Roscommon County Council. This new facility, which is the first point of contact for all our Customers is located in the Foyer of the Courthouse, Roscommon.
We aim to provide a more effective and efficient service to our Customers and the introduction of a Customer Services Desk is an important development in the Council's objective to provide a quality customer service. We are committed to providing good quality customer services in a professional, efficient and effective manner.
Along with the introduction of the Customer Services Desk, the Council also installed a new Contact Management System called e-Direct. Its core aim is to act as a front-line tracking system for the Local Authority that promotes better communication between people and the Local Authority.
