Waste Water Discharge Licences

Under the Wastewater Discharge (Authorisation) Regulations 2007, Roscommon County Council must apply to the E.P.A. for licenses to operate our Wastewater Treatment Plants. Applications in respect of 28 Waste Water Treatment Plants were submitted to the EPA from 2007 to 2010 and to date 19 licenses have been issued. The License along with audit and monitoring results are available to public view as per the table below.
