Schools Library Service
Following the loss of the Department of Education & Science capita grant towards the provision of stock, the following revised arrangements are to be noted with regard to the Schools Service.
As schedules to the Primary Schools are no longer possible, support, cooperation and support to schools is being conducted though alternative means. A centralised service is available, whereby schools throughout the County can contact the County Library to make arrangements for stock provision allocation requirements.
Further supports through continued access to online resources, school visits, events participation and specific projects will continue.
