Tenant (Incremental) Purchase Scheme

A Tenant (Incremental) Purchase Scheme for 2016 has been implemented 

Under this Scheme, you may be eligible to purchase your house from Roscommon County Council at a discount, based on your income, provided you meet the eligibility criteria for the scheme. 

A Tenant Information Booklet, which sets out the eligibility criteria and general information on the scheme is available at the link below. 

If having considered the information in the booklet you wish to apply to purchase your house under this scheme, you should complete the application form which is available at the link below. The application form must be submitted to Roscommon County Council, Aras an Chontae, Roscommon, F42 VR98, together with supporting documentation verifying the information on the application form. 

Details of the information required to be submitted are contained on the application form. 

You are requested to note the specific terms and conditions attaching to the sale of a house under the scheme which are set out in the Tenant Information Booklet.
