Access Audits
Since 2005 Roscommon County Council has undertaken access audits on 32 buildings including County Buildings, Area Offices, Library Services and Recreation Facilities. The purpose of the access audits is to identify a range of barriers that people with disabilities may encounter when accessing the built environment, information and services.
The findings of the access audits carried out to date have been incorporated into The Disability Implementation Plan. Further audits have been scheduled and will be included as they are completed.
