DECLARATION OF A PUBLIC ROAD  

Roads Act 1993, Section 11      

Roads Regulations 1994, Part 2

Roscommon County Council proposes to declare the following road to be a public road: 

Road located at Carrowmore, Hillstreet, Carrick-on-Shannon, Co. Roscommon  

A map outlining the said road may be inspected at the offices of Roscommon County Council, Áras an Chontae, Roscommon and Boyle Municipal District Office, Cootehall Street, Boyle, Co. Roscommon during normal working hours for the period from 19/9/2017 to 19/10/2017 inclusive.  

Objections or representations in relation to this declaration may be made in writing to the undersigned or e-mailed to roads@roscommoncoco.ie no later than 4 pm on 2/11/17.
